Fruit smoothies are a great way to stay cool and refreshed in the last of the summer days we will be having this year, this recipe uses frozen fruit. By all means use fresh but i had it to use in the freezer so what better way to use it up.
Serves: 10 glasses (This recipe makes 2 around 2 litres)
Total time: 10 – 15 minutes
500g Frozen Diced Mango
500g Frozen Blueberries
450g Blackberry & Cherry Yogurt
2 tsp of Sugar
1. Add the mango, blueberries, yogurt and milk to the blender. For the quantity of milk pour it into the yogurt container, put the lid on and give a shake to get as much out of it as possible.
2. To start off, pulse the blender until it’s mixed together, you may need to mix the fruit around by hand with a spoon to loosen the bottom of the mix.
3. Turn the blender on its full cycle for about a minute to ensure the fruit is smooth.
